Soul Connections: Self - Awareness Program for Kids 6-9

Soul Connections is a SELF-AWARENESS program for kids 6-9, which runs every Tuesday 6:00-7:00pm for 5 weeks on the following dates: Tuesday Nov 1, Nov 8, Nov 15, Nov 22, Nov 29, 2022.

The Soul Connections program seeks to BOOST your child's SELF-ESTEEM & CONFIDENCE and to INSPIRE & EMPOWER kids to:

-Feel heard and seen

-Form deeper connections with themselves, with others, with nature and with animals

-Strengthen their, "Authentic and Unique Self" at the core level

-Embrace their inherent gifts, talents, and the things that light them up from within

-Feel a sense of belonging, togetherness and community as they engage with their peers inside and outside of the group

-Identify and express emotions in healthy ways through learning emotional regulation and social awareness techniques and tools that are age appropriate

-Become more self-aware by tapping into their 6 senses of sight, smell, touch, hearing,

taste and sense of intuition.....And much MORE!

Each session will be 1 hour and will include a combination of:

-Fun and engaging individual and group activities

-Crafts and activities using music, writing, art, and movement etc. to learn new skills

-Team work, group discussions and community building

-Mindfulness  & Gratitude activities

-Participants will be introduced to the 7 energetic chakras and will learn about Reiki energy healing and will receive an Attunement to Reiki Level 1 during the program.

-All sessions are focused on empowering kids to learn healthy, and age and developmentally appropriate tools to support their mental, emotional, physical, social and spiritual health.

* Health Insurance Receipts Provided. (Check with your provider if sessions with a BSW, RSW are covered under your insurance policy).

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

Due to limited spots (10) in this program, all sales are final and no refunds will be given once the registration has been paid. However, prior to the first session, you may sell your ticket to another eligible participant (ages 6-9) or someone on the waitlist. The ticket holder is responsible for making the arrangements and is required to notify the facilitator before the first session.

If a child misses one or more of the 5 sessions, there will be no refund for the group class missed but class materials, and learnings will be shared with the participant so they can be caught up for the next session.
