By scheduling and/or paying for any service, class/course, product, workshop or event offered through shannonwilsonphillips.com and/or communicating with Shannon Phillips in any fashion, you are attesting that you have read this legal disclaimer and these terms of service. Further, you attest that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:

 

1. You agree that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18 you must be accompanied by and have approval from a parent/guardian for in-person services and have parental approval for distance sessions, workshops, classes/courses, and events.

 

2. After receiving approval from a parent/guardian, I will also ask the under age client’s Higher Self for permission before providing services. No service will be provided for a client whose Higher Self has declined services. No fee will be charged for a declined service.

 

3. All animal clients require the owner’s and the animal’s permission. Services will not be provided for an animal whose Higher Self and/or owner has declined services. No fee will be charged for a declined service.

4. Healing with Harmony, Shannon Phillips, Shannon Wilson Phillips, and shannonwilsonphillips.com accepts no liability and no responsibility for any actions and/or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her consultation and/or participation with Shannon Phillips and the services, products, communications, and/or information provided by Healing with Harmony, Shannon Phillips, Shannon Wilson Phillips, and/or shannonwilsonphillips.com at any time.

5. The services/communications/information/ and products of Healing with Harmony, Shannon Phillips, Shannon Wilson Phillips and shannonwilsonphillips.com are for educational, spiritual and entertainment purposes only and therefore are NOT intended to replace or be a substitute for other professional services including but not limited to Medical, Psychological, Legal, Financial, Business.

 

6. With regards to all Intuitive, Psychic, and Mediumship readings, 100% accuracy is not guaranteed, due to the information and details of the reading being subjected and open to the interpretation of the client and practitioner.

7. You agree to absolutely indemify and hold harmless Shannon Phillips, Healing with Harmony, Shannon Wilson Phillips and shannonwilsonphillips.com, their heirs, relatives, agents or assignees in perpetuity.

 

8. You agree to adhere to copyright and confidentiality laws that prohibit you from publishing, displaying, sharing, distributing and/or archiving any material, photo, content, etc. of Healing with Harmony, Shannon Phillips, Shannon Wilson Phillips and shannonwilsonphillips.com without the written or verbal permission of Shannon Phillips, Owner and Publisher.

 

9. Social Media: Content and videos may be shared on appropriate social media outlets

such as Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, and/or Digg, as long as appropriate attribution is given. For permission to share my content on other venues, please contact Shannon Phillips.

 

10. Services are scheduled and paid for on the scheduled day of services.

 

11. All cancellations require 24 hours notice in order to receive a full refund. All cancellations with less than 24 hrs. notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. No shows will NOT be refunded and will be charged 100% of the service fee. Thank you for valuing your time and mine.
