Soul Connections - 6 Week Self-Esteem & Confidence Building Program For Kids Ages 8-12

Soul Connections is a self-esteem and confidence building program for kids 8-12, which seeks to INSPIRE & EMPOWER kids to: 

-Feel heard and seen

-Form deeper connections with themselves, with others, with nature and with animals

-Strengthen their, "Authentic and Unique Self" at the core level 

-Embrace their inherent gifts, talents, and the things that light them up from within

-Feel a sense of belonging, togetherness and community as they engage with their peers inside and outside of the group

-Identify, acknowledge and express emotions in healthy ways through learning emotional regulation and social awareness techniques and tools that are age appropriate

-Become more self-aware by tapping into their 6 senses of sight, smell, touch, hearing, 

taste and sense of intuition

 

- And so much MORE!

Each session will be 1.5 hours and will include a combination of:

-Fun and engaging individual and group activities

-Crafts and activities using music, writing, art, and movement etc. to learn new skills

-Team work, group discussions and community building

-Mindfulness activities

All sessions are focused on empowering kids to learn healthy, and age and developmentally appropriate tools to support their mental, emotional, physical, social and spiritual health.
